They were all walking together when they heard a loud crunch. They all jumped when Rebecca screamed, but this wasn't because of the loud sound it was because she had broken her nail. Rebecca stood there crying as everyone else was staring at her, but she was completely oblivious and was more worried about her nail. By this point the rest of them had forgotten about the sound and was trying to get rebecca to continue walking.
They had continued for a couple miles, then came another crack, this time louder than the last one. Lucy stopped as she heard something that sounded like it was moving towards them, a thud with every step. She told the others, but they couldn't hear anything and thought she was just trying to scare them. So they carried on walking and Lucy kept trying to tell them there was something coming after them and they still didn't believe her.
They had walked quite far and Lucy hadn't said anything for a while and she had started to think she was hearing things. Then, Henry said he had heard something just and the others could hear it too. something was coming after them, and it was really close now. They all started to run through the forest, but the thing chasing them heard them and ran after them. They were all making sure to stick together and not loose anyone, when Lucy saw another glow in the distance. They all ran towards it, panting. They thought it would be someone else in the woods, but it wasn't.
They had ran upto this bright purple opening, it looked like someone had just ripped a hole through the air. But it had been there a while, it was surrounded with bricks, like a shrine with steps up to it. They stood infront of it and walked around to try figure out what it was. This thing, you could only see it from an specific angle or else it's invisible, other than the bright light that led them there in the first place. They were unsure what to do, should they enter or continue running from the thing thats chasing them.
