"You…. who are… you? Wait… who am I…?"
Words rolled off of the woman's tongue like honey dripping down a silver spoon. Her eyes stared into Rael's, a flicker of astonishment in them.
"Your eyes… are very beautiful."
Rael stared at the woman gobsmacked, her words slowly registered in his mind and he nodded.
"Thank you."
A silent breeze flew through the air, and Rael increasingly felt that the woman was familiar face-wise.
'She looks almost like me!!!'
His narcissistic senses were tingling within and the desire to covet her face forever crossed his mind multiple times.
"Our eyes are similar."
The woman still staring at Rael… infinite curiosity within the jewels that men and women called eyes.
She slowly grabbed his hand, her finger interlocking with his with childlike wonder. Her lips pursed, and she opened her mouth but right when she was about to speak, heavy footsteps followed.
