A rhythmic heartbeat could be heard in a rift between realities where no life exists. If one could follow the sound to its source, they would be confronted with a man-sized cocoon pulsing vigorously.
'Ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump, ba bump.'
Then something happened.
'Crack.'
Cracks resembling spiderwebs began to appear all over the cocoon.
'Crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack, crack.'
The cocoon shattered into thousands of shards, and a tall figure emerged from within, taking a deep breath.
'HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA.'
The rift began to shake, and rumbling could be heard from everywhere. It continued until the tall figure stopped roaring.
"Woooooooh, that felt incredible!" Noah exclaimed.
"I have finished my transformation, and my body is bursting with energy. I feel like I could punch someone into the sun! Yeah, perhaps I should do it. If I ever had an enemy, I could simply send them there using the Noah Space Travel Agency," Noah said while throwing a few quick punches.
"Alright then, let's take a look at my body." Noah created a ki mirror by moving his right arm in a circle while manipulating his Ki.
"It worked perfectly! Let's see what we have here."
Noah's new form stood at 6.4ft/197cm tall, with a muscular physique and a long spiky pitch-black hair-like mane reaching all the way to his waist. His face had a Wilde aura after becoming a Saiyan, with a sharp nose, dark grey eyes, and long brows. The rest of his body was covered in raven-colored fur, and he had a long tail. Noah's clothing consisted of a white vest with black padding, a black belt, and long white pants.
"Oh, I see. I have the appearance of a fused version rather than a normal Saiyan form. This, Is maybe happened due to the energy of the realm of souls," Noah placed his hand on his chin while examining himself.
" So In theory, my forms will be twice as strong (SS1, SS2, etc.)."
"Sweet! Now that I'm nearly finished, I need to find a way out of here," Noah stated, looking around him.
"Let's experiment with Ki sensing." Noah closed his eyes and began to spread his Ki.
What he sensed was infinite amounts of realities, there was so many of them in fact that even with his newfound power he still couldn't cover all of it with his Ki senses.
After a while, Noah opened his eyes with an excited expression on his face.
"I discovered a few interesting Ki signatures! In fact, I discovered so many that I couldn't even sense them all."
"Now that I've found the closest interesting one, all I have to do is use Instant Transmission to get out of here," Noah said.
"New life, here I come!" Noah said, moving two fingers toward his head.
Noah vanished from the rift with a 'pop.'
---Meanwhile, in Kamar-Taj, POV of the Ancient One---
The Ancient One sat cross-legged and floating above the floor, using the Eye of Agamotto to observe various futures and their possibilities. Suddenly, she flinched out of nowhere and opened her eye quickly.
She then looked at the Eye of Agamotto with a puzzled expression on her face.
"How is this possible?"
While casting a few spells on the eye, the Ancient One spoke in a shaken tone.
"There is nothing wrong with the Eye."
"So, why have every outcome and every future gone down an unknown path seemingly out of nowhere? In every timeline, a drastic change that I could not have predicted has occurred, and I am unsure whether this is a good or bad thing for the universe and Earth," said the Ancient One, shaking her head.
"In a matter of seconds, infinite timelines and infinite possibilities changed as if a kid came out of nowhere and start smashing everything at random."
The ancient one began to massage her head slowly.
"And in the midst of the change, there was an entity, an entity with no past, no future, no present in this reality or any others."
"Will they bring the universe to its end or become its hero? That remains to be seen."
The Ancient One stood up and approached the door.
"I need to get ready for their arrival."
---Meanwhile, in Asgard's throne room, POV of Odin Borson, King of Asgard--
"I had a vision," Odin reflected.
"A vision of a great warrior who will arrive from Midgard by means yet to be revealed to me, riding on a majestic golden cloud surrounded by lightning."
"He'd like to ask me a favor. I'm not sure what kind of favor it was because the vision ended soon after," Odin pondered with a deep gaze in his eyes.
"I must tell my beloved. A massive storm is on its way."
---Meanwhile, in Earth's outer space, Noah's point of view---
"Beautiful," Noah said, his eyes wide open as he gazed at the Earth.
"Lands that seemed to go on forever. One could drown in those skies. This is the universe's fascinating blue jewel," Noah said in awe and admiration.
Noah continued to admire the views of Earth until he noticed two Ki signatures moving rapidly.
"That's strange. No normal human being could move this fast," said Noah, tapping his chin.
"Sounds like a lot of fun. Let's go investigate," Noah said cheerfully as he flew toward Earth and the two Ki signatures like a burning unstoppable comet.
---Meanwhile, at the headquarters of S.H.I.E.L.D.---
"Sir, we have a situation," said an agent holding a tablet.
"What is it, Agent Maria?" Nick asked, facing the agent.
"Sir, our satellite has picked up footage of an unknown object in Earth's outer space that we suspect is a sentient alien life form," said Agent Maria as she handed over the tablet.
"What?" exclaimed Nick.
"Explain quickly, Agent," Nick said.
"We discovered an entity floating around one of our satellites about 30 minutes ago. Here's a live feed of it." Agent Maria clicked on the tablet, and a holographic screen appeared, showing Noah looking down at Earth.
"Sh*t!!" Nick said.
"After further investigation, our team concluded that the entity is an alien life form that closely resembles the Hominidae family (ape family) and can fly and survive in space without the need to breathe. However, our team still requires more information about the unknown entity to gain a better understanding of its capabilities. The team also requested that the unknown entity be brought to S.H.I.E.L.D. for research to determine where it came from and if there are more of the unknown entity out there in space," Maria, the agent, stated.
Nick Fury, the director, sat in silence, staring at the screen, his face deep in thought. After a few minutes, he looked at Agent Maria and said, "For the time being, leave the studying part out."
"We need to establish contact with this alien and determine whether or not they are hostile, and then we..."
"Sir, the entity is flying toward Earth," Agent Maria interrupted, pointing to the screen.
"Mother F******," Fury cursed.
"Call the analysts and ask them where the alien is going to land. If necessary, instruct them to use every S.H.I.E.L.D. satellite," Fury commanded.
"Roger that," Agent Maria replied.
Fury's phone rang five minutes later on his desk.
"Have you determined where the alien will land?" Fury asked.
"Sir, the analysts indicated that if the alien continues to fly in the same direction, he will land in Los Angeles," Agent Maria responded.
"Is there anything noteworthy going on in Los Angeles at the moment?" Fury inquired.
"Sir, Tony Stark is currently engaged in a battle with Obadiah Stane," Agent Maria responded.
"F***!!" Fury exclaimed angrily.
