Dignus felt disgusted hearing that call, and politely replied, "Welcome, Duke Enid."
"Ah, give me a hug," Enid insisted, forcibly embracing his younger sibling with a suspicious warmth.
"You seem tired, your room has been prepared," offered Dignus, trying to divert attention from the hidden secret behind his smile.
"Relax, but wait—" Enid interrupted himself. He sniffed an unfamiliar scent on Dignus' body, although he was slightly familiar with it. Something that shouldn't have been smelled on his younger sibling.
"Your scent is a little different," Enid continued, releasing his embrace and then looking at Dignus with a suspicious gaze. "What's happening here, Dignus?"
Dignus tried to hide his uneasiness, smiling casually. "Oh, it's probably a new soap scent I tried, Enid. You know, I'm always trying new things."
