Just after speaking Cynthia threw another pokeball "Come out spiritomb" a gaseous pink ghost came out of pokeball along with cry of various etheral spirits voice creating spooky environment near the two trainer. "Spritomb Shroud" and with her command the ghost/dark dual type Pokemon covered the two trainer and their pokemons in a dark black ghostly barrier that stopped any sound to be heared or vision to be seen from outside.
