Damon looked at her confused. Why was she chasing him away?
"You have to get away from me!" She shouted again and cried even more.
He became even more confused. "Why?" He asked as he reached for her hands to untie her.
"Don't do it!" She shouted, stopping him.
Damon paused and watched her. She looked back into his eyes with her tear filled ones and shook her head again.
"No. You have to stay away from me." She told him.
"If you're scared because anybody threatened you, just know it's okay now, I'm here and I have dealt with the SAGE." He said and untied her right hand.
"Please don't do this." Ashley cried as her right hand came down.
Damon said nothing and untied her other hand. He was completely confused by Ashley. He didn't understand why she wouldn't want him to save her when she was supposed to be happy that she was being freed.
As her hand became free, they went to her mouth and she cried.
"I'm sorry."
