"May I know how that mate thing works?" Ashley asked out if nowhere.
She didn't know anything about that but after seeing her past, she kind of felt like she understood partly what that mate thing was about. But she couldn't just put it in words, it was like she just knew it but could not explain it exactly.
"I think your mate would be able to explain better Ashley and you two can do that later." Sephirah was the one that answered and she gave a small smile.
"In the meantime, why don't we have a drink? Y'know, to celebrate Ashley's understanding." Zuka said and stood up with a little clap. Then he looked around the room and saw the faces everyone gave him and that made him sit his ass back down.
"You shouldn't be like this Zuka." Sephirah whispered to him.
"I'm sorry." He mouthed.
"Why can't you explain?" Ashley asked.
"They've never had mates Ashley. Those who have or have had a mate would be able to explain better." Damon chipped in.
