"You weren't supposed to be in that basement! I don't want to see you anywhere around there again. Do you hear me?" Damon scolded her as soon as they appeared in her room.
The lady didn't reply and he had to repeat himself. "Do you hear me?!" He sounded a bit louder and she looked up at him then back at her hands.
"You can't blame me, you were gone for too long and I was bored." She spoke in a murmur.
Damon squinted. She was bored? Did she feel the same way he had felt when she went for a sleepover and he had waited and waited for her to return? He suddenly felt like changing the mood, he decided to tease her a little.
"So my presence keeps you from being bored?" He asked giving her a knowing grin.
She looked up at him with wide eyes and Damon smiled upon seeing her beautiful Hazel eyes once again. She immediately denied it.
"No! That is not..." She started and knowing what she wanted to say, he helped her complete the sentence.
