"Time seems to be moving slower than normal." Bai Cha commented, "This isn't normal, even for here."
"A turtle is crossing the road." Haru explained, "Isn't that the reason why?"
A turtle was crossing the road and time to be slowing down around the turtle, "Animals have magic as well, even that small turtle has magic—far more powerful than I would've expected as well."
Meanwhile….
Feng Jie was sitting on the couch, tapping his foot every so often, waiting for someone or something to disturb the ever-so-loud temperament in the room.
"Ah! You want to expect this bastard child as the eldest grandson of the Bark Well family!" Old Madam Bark-well shouted, "Over my dead grave, who cares if he's born from our dead eldest son! He left a child without even marrying and hasn't even written a letter before dying somewhere for some stupid reason!"
"So what! He's your grandson as much as mine! Since when did you care about children these days? Huh? You never complained the youngest has sixteen bastard seeds and expects them into the family! But if the eldest dead has a seed living and having a good life you don't care! Your so biased against your children that's why they are leaving and don't want anything to do with you!" Old Lord Bark-Well shouted back.
"You two both shut up for me!" Third Son shouted, "Your both a bunch of hypocritical bastards! No wonder eldest brother didn't tell you of his terminal illness before being kicked out that year!"
The loud shouting became a pushed moment of silence, which made them calm down—making it more normal.
"In worse fate than nothing else, I would've expected this whole thing to turn into a blood brawl, much to the oblige it would ever be so more entertaining as well." The Narrator joke, "This tea is rather straightforward like a spear striking into the very heart and leading blood soaking it close…in a sense, no point preventing what's already to come."
"Aren't you supposed to be with His highness in the south lands?" Feng Jie inquired.
"I'm everywhere and nowhere at the same time." The Narrator smiled, "I wouldn't worry about it at the same time."
