Umi's POV:
Ethan hasn't said a word. I don't get it. Does he hate me? We have been walking for 10 minutes now.
Suddenly he pulls me.
"Watch where you go."
S-shit. Where was I going?
"S-sorry."
We finally reached. Ethan opens the door and goes upstairs.
"Follow me."
He shows me my room.
"Get freshened up. We have school in case you forgot. Last day before summer vacation."
I can't believe I forgot!
"Of course, I remember! I will be here in a minute!"
I went into the room and wow. It's beautiful.
I get ready for school but suddenly I remember that my phone is in my house. I ran to Ethan's room. I knock on his door.
"What is it, Umi?"
"I left my phone in my house! Get out of there! I need it!"
He opens the door.
"You can go by yourself, can't you? Or are you scared?"
If I am honest, I am.
"Alright, fine. I am going."
I open his front door and ran to my house. The door is open. I slowly go to my room. Everything is messed up.
"Wow. What a mess."
I scream. I don't dare to look back.
"W-who is it?"
"Turn your head, dummy."
I look behind.
"ETHAN YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME!!"
Without saying anything, he grabs my phone.
"If you need anything else, you can take it. I won't come here regularly."
"Hmph!"
He smiles. I am not blushing! I am not blushing! I slap my cheeks.
"Are you ready to go, Ms. Umi?"
I nod, hiding my face with my books.
We went to school.
Umi's POV end
Ethan's POV:
She's such a kid. I smile to myself as I make my way to the class. Umi Agana.
After 3 hours, it's finally a club meeting.
I make my way to the club room.
Empty. No one is here yet.
As I sat down, Umi entered.
"How was your day, Ethan?"
"Not much."
I don't question her back. Is she upset?
"How was your day, Umi?"
"Oh! I had an art club meeting and guess what? My art has been selected for the wall magazine!"
Cheerful as always. I just nod and she's upset again-
Jade comes in.
Ethan's POV end
Jade's POV:
Where's that Lucas? We have to tell them what we found out!
"Jade- What did you do to your hair-?" Umi asked.
Ethan and Umi both are looking at me. Weirdly-
Lucas enters before I can answer.
"She cut her hair in front of me. SHE'S INSANE."
This brat! I slap his back hard and Umi's laughing.
"Ava and you now look alike," Umi said.
"I guess it kind of suits you," Lucas says.
Ethan pulls out a book.
"Pay attention. after you, all left, Lucas and I went near the jungle behind our school and we found some trees with wolf scratches. From what we know, no wolf comes near our town from the jungle. Umi, we think you are right."
