Apart from the small lights and even the balloons on the floor, the table was the thing that caught Joshua's attention the most. Covered in white and red cloth, candles and even a vase equipped with a single flower. Castelia changed the dining table to look like a table in a four-star restaurant, which was amazing.
Castelia didn't respond to Joshua because she didn't want anything to do with him, she looked at Lucas with a smile and said, "Let's eat." Lucas returned Castelia's smile and Bram nodded awkwardly. They turned what should be fun into a formal one, eating in silence and not speaking until they had finished their food.
Usually, Lucas didn't want to meddle in other people's business but Joshua made him curious about several things. Lucas put down the cutlery as he looked at him and spoke, "Sir Joshua—"
"You can just call me Joshua," interrupted Joshua. "We're a friend."
