Castelia placed the pile of papers that almost covered her face onto Joshua's desk. She didn't immediately go to pick up another pile but stealthily stole glances. Joshua is busy writing, very calm as if his life is not equipped with burdens.
'Should I tell him about Maddie looking for that memory card?' Castelia hesitated for some reason, on the other hand didn't want to say it because she thought Joshua wouldn't care.
"What do you want to say?" Joshua asked, snapping Castelia out of her reverie. Joshua didn't even turn his head but realized Castelia was lost in thought.
Castelia sighed, taking an additional two minutes of silence before finally saying, "That is … last night ... Maddie sneaked into my room looking for the memory card."
