Moments before Maddie was in trouble. What happened was an unknown client asked her to gather evidence about the affair. Because Maddie had to work harder, she accepted the job without hesitation or much deliberation. Given that Maddie hasn't been paid, it's a total disaster.
It's seven o'clock when Maddie enters the house of the given target and all is well until suddenly she hears a loud banging on the door. Maddie went to check out of curiosity but the three men who barged in were screaming and chasing her for no reason.
While hiding in the kitchen, Maddie overhears them mentioning the name of a man who was once her client and the man asks the three of them to teach Maddie and Castelia a lesson. Unfortunately, there was only Maddie here but that didn't stop them.
