'If I had known this, I wouldn't have woken up early!' Castelia grumbled in her heart, silently glaring at Bram driving beside her. If only know Bram would think the same thing she had in mind, Castelia would come out the back door and climb over the wall to make him wait forever!
"Stop glaring at me," asked Bram. He chuckled, amused at how sweet the anger on Castelia's beautiful face was. "I feel really bad that you're willing to get up early just to avoid me."
"If you knew that, you shouldn't have come!" Castelia replied, irritated.
Bram amusedly responded, "I feel worse when I'm not bothering you."
"Hey!" Castelia shrieked, again causing Bram to chuckle. "How many times I ask you to stop but you just don't listen."
"I'm listening, Cas." As Bram looked away from Castelia back onto the street, he added, "I just don't want to do it."
