"Tsk." lighting gather around Luther's arms as he jumped into the sky.
Trent sliced the air completely missing his target. The referee snapped his fingers forcing Luther and Trent to different sides of the stadium.
"STOP!" Yelled the referee
Luther glared daggers at Trent who spat on the ground.
The crowd began to mutter to themselves as they watched the tension between Trent and Luther grow.
"Who is that purple kid?"
"I swear I saw him before…"
"Is that young master Trent?"
"This round is over before it even began."
Luther's hands tightened as he dug the heel of his shoe into the arena.
"3…2…" the referee slowly counted down as he quickly walked off stage. Right under everyone's gazes, Luther began to send small pulses of air directly into the arena platform.
"BEGIN!" Scream the referee.
Trent put his sword on the edge of his shoe, Trent had an odd sword technique that required him to be completely limped.
A cold breeze passed by Luther as a sword quickly swiped past his chest. Before Luther could respond or counter Trent attacked both of his hands was pushed to the side as Trent drop-kicked him.
*Crack*
*ZOOM*
Nothing giving Luther any chance to recover Trent ran towards him head first as his arm hand limp from the side. A dark purple lightning bolt stuck Luther's body the second before Trent reach him. Trent jump back in a panic only to be grabbed by the foot.
*BOOM*
*BOOM*
Luther all the strength this human form could produce Luther began to slam Trent's body against the ground rapidly. Like a child playing with a toy. Luther slammed Trent on his back and stomach.
*Boom*
*Boom*
Before Luther could slam Trent again he lost grip of Trent's leg. Taking the opportunity Trent slashed at Luther's face only to be sent flying away by an air fist. Multiple air fists covered Trent's body daring to strike him. With a simple slash, Trent destroyed Luther counter attack completely catching him by surprise.
"What…" said Luther as he narrowed his eyes. As if space fold onto itself Trent appeared right in front of Luther.
*SLICE*
A clean and quick slice landed on Luther's face. Stunned Luther jumped away from Trent who jump to the side to counter Luther's attack.
"Huh?…" Luther who was completely baffled rub the side of his face. A large chunk of his cheek was missing from the side of his face revealing dark purple scales. Luther's cheek began to release steam as it quickly heal.
"What is he?" Flex Farland as his eyes focus on the chuck of Luther's flesh that Trent slice off. It was drying up at a quick rate, inhuman purple blood trail from the spot Luther jump from to his missing piece of flesh.
Midas tightened his grip as he stared daggers at Flex Farland.
"My old friend you didn't tell me your family had a relationship with one of them too."
"HUH?" both Sliver and Flex turned their heads towards Midas who had a pleasant smile on his face.
"I don't know what you're talking about, my king…" said Flex as he looked at Sliver for any advice.
"You don't?"
"May I know what you're talking about?" Asked Sliver
"Do You know that beautiful teacher that teaches THE SCHOOL?"
"School?… the one for…" Before Sliver could finish his sentence Midas cut him off with a nod.
"Flex let's talk later." Said king Midas, Flex nodded and turned his attention back toward the battle. Sliver tried to find out more information but his question landed on the death door, with a sigh Sliver gave up and followed Flex's example.
"I see he's the one you told me about." King Midas said to himself as he rubbed his left shoulder.
"If you don't step up your game, you might die today." Said Trent as his eyes glowed yellow. A sequence of events played in front of him like a movie. Luther had turned into a giant beast as huge dark bolts of lightning struck down around him. A large blast of lightning and energy formed around his mouth as he looked eyes with Trent. The last thing Trent saw was a bright light then his vision ended.
"Damn, that's bad…" Trent said to himself as space fold around him again. From Trent's point of view space around him and Luther was completely still. As he slowly walked towards Luther he unconsciously looked down. The ground was spreading apart. Trent was launched out of the still face right in front of Luther. Before Trent could attack the arena caved in.
Lighting gather around Luther's hands as his dragon scales began to cover his arms.
*BOOM*
*BOOM*
Luther punched Trent straight in the face causing his body to flop against the already collapsing ground. Luther's attack caused Trent to bleed from the mouth.
"Wh…" Before Trent to complete his sentence Luther threw a bolt of lightning at him, which Trent parried with ease.
"That's good, that's really good." Said Trent as he wiped the blood from under his nose.
"…" without responding Luther dashed towards Trent. Luther punched at Trent who seemed to already know what and when Luther was going to throw a punch. As Luther threw a left hook Trent hit his wrist with the hilt of his sword stopping his arm. Luther was going to discharge lightning around his body hoping that it would land on Trent's body but stop when Trent jumped back.
"How did he know?" Luther asked himself as he jumped back too. The tips of his hand began to turn blue as the air around them chilled.
"Let me try something new." Luther said to himself as he dug his hand into the ground. Panic cross Trent's face as he rushes toward Luther. The ground that was already splintered began to lose friction the longer Luther hand's was planted in the ground.
Everyone in the audience's eyes widened as they saw a small but thick layer of ice cover the platform.
"Isn't that too much? He already had lightning and wind elemental control."
"I don't know what to think anymore…"
"What is he?"
"I'm sure young master Trent is still going to win but this was a good fight."
Under everyone's observation Trent did the unthinkable.
