A deafening screech echoed across an empty field as three people step out.
"This place feels wonderful!" Yelled out Luther as he stretched out his arms and took a deep breath.
"You have been quite talkative." Said as she walked in front Of Luther. Luther looks at her in confusion as he put his hand on his chin.
"Haven't I always been like this?" Asked Luther,
"No." Said, Luna
"I haven't been with you long as her but I could tell that you lying," said Bliz
"Lies, I was always like this." Said, Luther
"I have only known you for three hours and I could tell that this is an act." Said Vex as he step through the portal.
"That's okay I guess, I wasn't trying to trick you. I just wanted to try something different." Said Luther as he put his head down. Bliz and Luna looked at Luther's expression and were overwhelmed by sorrow and guilt.
"I'm sorry my love!" Cried out Bliz as she ran and hugged Luther.
"Luther, are you okay?" Luna asked as she hugged Luther.
Luther embraced both of them, "it's good to see that y'all care for me." Said Luther as he tries to stop himself from crying.
"Why wouldn't we care for you?" Asked Luna
"Yea, don't think like that honey." Said Bliz.
"What the fuck!" Vex yelled to himself as he stared at Luther in awe. He didn't have the slightest idea of what Luther was planning but seeing him now he was wondering if he was too invested and overlooked his flaws. "I can't believe he's this emotionally damaged." Vex said to himself as he shake his head in disappointment.
Luther who was laughing with his wives glance at Vex and then quickly turned his attention toward his wives.
"What?" Vex asked himself as he stared at the sky, he could've sworn he felt Luther's gaze. "No! I felt it, I wasn't wrong, but why is he acting like this? First the dress and now this attitude, I can't put my finger around it. As if I'm watching a hawk follow his prey… well let's shake this up a bit." Vex said to himself as he put his hands behind his back. "Let's go meet the others lover birds." Said Vex as he pushed the group forward.
"The others? I thought I was going to meet grandpa." Said, Luther
"Changed of plans, he had more important things to do." Said Vex
"Change of plans, this late? The party is already started." Said Luther as his mood dropped.
"That's the life of a well-known general."
A smile could be seen on Luther's face but one could only wonder what he was realizing thinking. Luther began rubbing his hand through Bliz and Luna's hair as they walk towards a huge building.
"I thought this was a house." Said Bliz
"Yes, it's a house but people like the Farland family head could only live a life like this." Said Luther, Luna's eye was drawn to a black and white pillar, and two small red sharks could be seen lined around the pillar.
"You're curious about that?" Asked Vex
"Yes, I like the design." Said Luna as she grabbed Luther's arm.
"Great! There never a day where someone asks me about that." Said, Luna
"I never ask…"
"Those pillars were made by the creator of the Farland family, he killed a sub-lord vapor shark and made the pillar with its bones." Said Vex completely ignoring Luna.
"I didn't ask…"
"It was a long and hard process, the First Farland family head had to learn crafting from dwarfs. Those greedy bastards wanted a year's supply of goblin vodka."
"Goblin vodka, what's that?" Luther ask
"Can't tell you, HAHA!" Laugh Vex as he smacked his knees.
"That bastard!" Luther yelled in his head, as he hold back his anger.
"You're squeezing my arm." Said Bliz as she lift her arm in front of Luther.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Said Luther as he relaxed.
"Where do you think he's bringing us?" Asked Bliz
"I don't know, most likely to others our age." Said Luther as a cold glint flashed across his eyes.
"Do you think they will cause a problem?" Asked Luna.
"Of course, every time we go anywhere something always happens, but don't worry about that. If someone troubles you I will deal with them
Myself." Said, Luther
"You don't have to worry about that, we're not that weak." Said Bliz as she smacked her forearm.
"Yea, I feel like testing my power." Said Luna as she stretched her arms.
"I said I have it." Coldly said Luther, Bliz, and Luna both shivered as they stop their actions. The Luther they once knew slipped through this new persona.
"Okay… we get it." Said Bliz as he glance at Luther, she thought he had changed for the better but she was wrong, who can change their whole personality in a couple of minutes? "I was stupid," Bliz said to herself.
"There he goes, I was waiting for this," Luna said to herself.
"I'm sorry for my outburst, I didn't mean it like that." Said Luther as he rubbed the back of his leg.
"No, you meant it." Said Vex as he stopped in front of a door. "If you don't have a steel mind my kids might tare you apart and take your wives."
"Hahaha, that was almost the funniest joke I heard, your kids defeat me? I loved the passion a father could have for their spawn." Said Luther as he tried to stop himself from laughing.
"There he goes, the man I saw the other day." Vex said to himself, " Joke? I don't think I ever told a joke."
"Come on, you don't have to lie." Said Luther as he flicked his wrist.
"You truly believe that they can't beat you." Said Vex
"Beat me, they will be lucky to survive." Said Luther as he tried to gauge Vex's reaction to him threatening his children.
"That's perfect! My kids we're getting a little dull, they are going to need this to succeed in life." Said Vex
"So if I kill your children you won't be mad?" Coldly said Luther as his expression brightened.
"Mad? If you kill my kids, they didn't deserve to live." Coldly said Vex.
Bliz and Luna look at those two in caution as they tried to gauge what type of interaction they will have.
"Hahaha!"
"Hahahaha!"
"I can't believe someone like you exists." Said Luther as he stop himself from laughing.
"Me too, I was wondering what types of bastard Megallan adopted." Said Vex as he glance at Luther.
"Adopted? Why would he think Megallan adopted me? There something I don't know." Luther thought to himself without changing his emotions. " I might leave your kids crippled…"
"If they get crippled, then they were weak." Said Vex
"I loved your hopeful thoughts." Said, Luther
"Hopefully thoughts? He doesn't need that." Said a young man as he step out of the room.
"Xex, what are you doing here?" Asked Vex
"We could hear your little conversation in the room, and I was getting bored of not being included." Said Xex as he stared down at Luther.
