"His vitals are dropping!" Yelled Kell as she smash her hands against the control panel. The situation with Megallan is turning for the worse right in front of their eyes. One moment he was stabilizing and the next moment mana was destroying his internal organs.
"I don't know what's happening." Said Barry as he walked ran back and forth across the room.
"Sit down and think! Dumbass!" Yelled out Don as he pulls his hair out of frustration.
"Calm down? DONT YOU SEE WHAT HAPPENING?!" Yelled Barry as he slammed his hands on the table. A slap for Kell stunned Barry as he stared at Megallan in shock. "Ok, I get." Said Barry as he walk to Megallan chamber, "I think I could reroute mana to an outer source." Barry said as he put in a code on his desktop.
"That a great idea but you have one flaw. Why can we find a catalyst strong enough to hold that much power?" Asked Kell.
Barry eye landed on the only person how power level was close to Megallan. Rex looked around in confusion as he wiped ketchup off his mouth. "Why you looking at me?"
"Because we need you to do something very important." Said Don as he printed a piece of paper. "On this paper is the contract we need you to sign."
"Sign? I'm not signing anything until I know what's happening!" Said Barry
"Ok we get it, we need you to absorb the mana from Megallan. If you don't he die, if he die we all die." Said Kell as she stared daggers into Rex head.
"Are you sure he will die?" Asked Rex as he pace around the room.
"Yes, we fully expect him to die if you don't absorb the mana." Said Kell
"Ok, I agree." Said Rex as he sign the contract.
Don pulled Rex to a metal chair as Kell and Barry pulled a huge device from the storage. The device began beeping as Don stove a cord in Megallan chamber. The black liquid around Megallan began to swirl as blue energy flowed out of his mouth. A bar on the side of the machine began to rise as the blue energy flow into the machine.
"Ok strap him." Said Kell as she shove a key in the chair Rex was sitting in. As Don strapped in him Barry dragged a long tube from the device and plugged it in the chair.
"I feel strange." Said Rex as he tried to wiggle his legs.
"That's great! That's mean the mana slowly is renter your body." Said Kell as he put in a code into a laptop. The device beep twice then stop as Don press a blue button. The bar that was rising slowly began to lower as the blue energy flowed into Rex.
"Check the vitals." Said Kell
"He stabilizing!" Yelled Don as he jump up injoy.
"Great! Hey Rex if everything goes as planned the mana from Megallan might help you breakthrough." Said Kell as he looked at Megallan chamber.
"Great.." said Rex as sweat began to fall of his forehead in absurd amounts. After two minutes of the procedure blood began to slowly leak from Rex mouth as his vision began to blur. "SOMETHING WRONG!" Yelled Rex as he spat out a gallon of blood.
"What?.." Kell and Don jaw dropped as their eyes landed on Rex. The once bald white man was now fully red, and slowly growing bigger. "What's happening??!" Yelled Kell
"I don't know! I never had this situation happen before." Said Don as he rush to his control panel.
Megallan hand twitched causing Barry to stared at him in confusion, "GUYS! Something happening!" Yelled Barry as he put in a code on his laptop.
"Not now with your BULLSHIT BARRY! WE NEED TOIR HELP HERE!" Yelled Don as he stab a needle into Rex Neck.
"but I thought I saw his hand move.." Said Barry.
Megallan eyes popped open causing Barry to fall back into the device.
"Dickhea…" before Kell could finish her sentence Megallan force his way out is the chamber. As Megallan feet his the ground he instantly slapped the ground with his hands, this time instead of a flame pillar, a giant ball of energy flew toward Barry body. Before Barry could move out of the way in body was overtook by the ball of energy and slung against the wall as his arms and legs ripped from his body.
"No more mind tricks…" said Megallan as he spat out a bunch of black fluid.
"NO! BARRY!" Yelled out Don as he toss Rex to the side.
"RED ALREAT!" Yelled Kell as she slapped her hand on a red button causing an alert to go off. The door to the room began to close as her and Don ran out of the room leaving Rex to cry Blood.
"That that simulation had your characters down to the last minor detail." Said Megallan.
Don and Kell stop in there tracks as a huge figure appeared in front of them. They jaw dropped as Megallan chop their shoulders causing them to fall to the ground.
"No please!" Cried out Kell
Salvia dip from Don mouth as he stuggle to speak to Megallan, "We were just doing our job!"
"Do you want to know what you little experiment fail?" Asked Megallan as he grabbed both of their throats. "I don't just have the flame element." Said Megallan as a ball of green demonic energy envelop both of their head. A crack sound echo through the room as brain matter began to leak from Kell and Don ear as the blow slowly leave their body. They head was smash to piece as Megallan toss their body to the side.
"Hmm." Said Megallan as he picked up a sharp piece of glass. As Megallan slit his arm blood leave for a split second as his arm heal as it nothing happen. "Great, I'm not in a dream state." Said Megallan as he walked out of the room. "I almost forgot." Megallan snapped his finger causing the swelling on Rex to expand, after a minute his body cover most of the room. A loud pop echo through the building as Rex popped like a bubble destroying the room and some of the hall. Megallan walked away from the explosion with a devious smile on his face.
