Meir brought Saige to Falan's room. He was so angry he smashed and kicked his foor into the closet door as he passed by on his way to his desk, where he collapsed into a chair. He could not get rid of the look of disgust on his face when he saw how messy the place was.
"I can't believe I was this close to winning the first round!" Meir argued.
"Yeah right! I was going to steal the goddess game for once!" Falan shouted back.
Neel sat in the chair beside Saige on the bed. Falan and Meir kept arguing while Neel was unsure what exactly happened. Did he really die he thought?
"We are being forced to start over!" Falan howled.
"That sounds like something from an anime. But okay." Meir rolled his eyes at him.
BZZZ...BZZZZZ...BZZZZ...
Meir's vibrated in his pocket making him pull it out.
"Oh shit, it's from Riku…" Meir muttered under his breath before unlocking his phone.
Quietly he exited the room while another barged in behind him to stare Falan right in the eyes while looking over to Neel.
"Everyone under the main occupants has been killed!" Kane stated.
"I know...did you not see all my men in the lot are dead?" Falan replied.
"And a new goddess has taken over the game-changing the rules," Kane argued.
"One of the old ones has been humanized," Falan noted.
Kane noticed Saige resting in the bed. Neel gawked up at Kane who was worried as they all sat in silence. Falan lit a cigerette while staring up at the ceiling. The two were silent until Falan spoke up.
"The game will only be changed when the next cycle starts. If we're lucky we'll all make it." Falan explained calmly.
A loud bell could be heard outside. The three looked around at each other before bolting downstairs. They met up in front of Falans house in panic. Falan ran through the door and into the living room and found Meir waiting there.
"Did you guys hear that too?" Meir asked.
"It's the sound of the gods."
"Sienna...not you too..." Saige said weakly.
"You should be in bed!" Meir argued.
Looking to the heavens where Genesis was. Sienna had a hallow look on her face looking above them. The god of the night, or more commonly known as Genesis, stood in a throne made of clouds. On top of it rested a large crystal ball that was emitting light. A giant dragon lay curled up next to it with its head resting on top of it. His eyes were black, and his tail wrapped itself around the crystal ball.
"Genesis you have to stop this!" Saige howled.
Everyone's status screens popped up again. She faded as soon as she appeared above them leaving what Neel felt was a cursed message.

Saige started to laugh while clutching her stomach. "You think the gods care about us, Kane?"
Kane glared at Saige.
"Hey, what happened when I was out earlier?" Neel asked.
"What matters right now is we train and train hard," Falan explained.
He pulled out the broken piece of metal and looked around. He saw it was a fragment from some sort of device that had been damaged. "Where did this come from?"
Neel examined the fragmented piece before stuffing it into a pocket. His eyes turned towards Falan again with a confused expression.
"We have to work together it seems..." Falan mumbled.
"If we want to beat this new version then I will work with you," Meir replied.
[Level 0 please be aware of time limits and restraints while training again. Give your mistress your best attention once you reach]
"Saige, I need to talk to you about something," Neel said.
"Hmm, are you okay?" She asked.
"I dreamt of people in white masks and a woman was there..." Neel trailed off.
"You were dreaming so think nothing of it."
Neel felt automatically disappointed with Saige's response. They follow Falan back inside who slammed the door behind them, making Meir jump backwards with a small 'oof'. He didn't seem impressed at all by the action, instead, he seemed rather annoyed.
Falan opened the door to another room where a man sat in a wheelchair. He was wearing glasses on top of his head which reminded him of Meir.
"Welcome to our headquarters!" The stranger said as he gave a short bow. "My name is Gunner!"
"Like hell! This is my base!" Falan argued. "You're a thief!
"It's not your base because it belongs to me," Gunner insisted. "And I don't steal stuff, you do."
Falan held his gun out at Gunner's head . The two stared at each other, neither backing down. Kane approached the situation calmly, placing himself between the two.
"Get out right now or I will blow your damn head off!" Falan warned.
Gunner remained unfazed at Falan's threat. "Or what? You can't even get your gun aimed properly."
A woman came out from the shadows holding a large gun in her arms. Her face appeared as if carved from stone despite being so young. She raised her hand, and pointed it at Falan, but Falan simply scoffed at her. A bright red glow engulfed him before he disappeared through thin air along with the gun in her arm.
"Lower your gun or I will shoot!" She shouted.
She stood with her feet apart, her arm steady as she aimed her gun at Kei's head. He took a step back.
"Hmf . What an idiot..." Falan muttered and lowered his gun and sighed.
As quickly as Gunner disappeared, Falan reappeared behind her aiming for her neck. "I told you I would kill you!"
The woman dodged the attack by spinning around with ease and slamming the butt of her gun against Falan's head, knocking him backwards. He landed on his back, unconscious and bloody.
"Dad?!" Neel shouted.
He glared angrily as he walked in to snap his fingers and clapping them so hard he ignited the room. Neel charged at the woman throwing his hand up in the air using his fire ability without invoking it catching the room on fire.
The woman jumped away but the flames still followed after her. She ran across the room and jumped over a wall with ease before falling flat on the ground.
He ran at her with flames surrounding his fist until a strong blast stopped him in his tracks, freezing him in midair. The woman stood up, breathing heavily.
"Neel, stop being a damn child or you will burn the place down." Kane scolded.
Kane clothelined Neel to making him halt the flow of flames so that they wouldn't burn anyone else. Then he walked over to the woman. Her eyes widened at the sight of him as he put his gun away into its holster. He knelt down beside her and grabbed Falan who was still on the ground trying to wake up.
"Ow ow ow... how bad did I get hit?!" Falan asked, rubbing his head.
"What the fuck is your deal? You are the one who trespassed." Kane shouted.
She smirked and crossed her arms in front of her chest. The woman went back over to Gunner who squeezed her hand.
"Vale, we were just about to leave it seems." Gunner huffed.
"Good! This isn't your dwelling!" Falan yelled.
"Then why were you in here?!" Kane shouted.
"You will regret it once things really heat up..." Gunner noted.
Neel stood there not completely understanding, but instantly had a bad feeling about this whole situation. He knew it was only a matter of time before someone ended up getting hurt or worse killed. It was better to take advantage of the opportunity while everyone is distracted.
They quietly left while Falan started to take his men dead on the ground piling them outside the door a couple of feet away. Neel watched his father do the job himself not once did Falan ask him to do anything.
Walking into other people's abandoned houses he gathered kindling. He could feel the gaze of everyone staring at his back making his skin crawl.
When it was dark enough, he lit the match and set the pile of bodies on fire . He then continued to light more sticks until the bodies was full of flames and smoke. The smell of burning flesh filled the night sky.
"Like hell I would allow my men to stay in this hell..." Falan muttered as he watched the flames and black smoke ascend the sky.
Neel watched as he slowly walked back to the house, the smell of burning flesh wafting in the air. It smelled like death to him. No matter how much he looked up to his father, he couldn't help but be saddened that he had no choice but to sacrifice the lives of his men like that. If their lives meant less than a single life then so be it.
He plopped on the bed , looking at the ceiling. There wasn't anything wrong, per se... just everything was just messed up.
"What do you say we play some cards?" Kane called out.
Saige picked up the cards and nodded as he sat down. "Sure."
Falan walked into the room and sat next to Saige as he placed his bag on the table. "Do any of you guys know how to gamble?"
"Nah we ain't good at it," Kane lied.
Everyone nodded except Neel who shrugged his shoulders. He thought this sounded like a terrible idea, but he had never played this game before either so, he wasn't sure.
He decided to give it a shot anyways.
"Alright," Falan sighed. "But if you cheat, I will personally beat the shit outta you!"
"Yeah right!" Kane laughed. "We wouldn't lose to your ass!"
Falan smiled softly at the comment while rolling his eyes. He turned to Neel who looked uncomfortable at first. "Are you ready?"
"Of course!"
Once the three began to shuffle the deck, the conversation shifted from gambling to fighting. Everyone got involved in a battle of words to determine who will be first to start.
By the end of the night the card game ended badly. Everyone lost their money, including Falan who called it quits.
