The next day after the Patrick incident, Amy was in the backyard with Jason and Lucy having a barbecue. Lucy was grilling, Amy making salad while Jason was dancing to the music on the mini speaker they had.
"It would be fun if your brother in law could lend a hand in cooking!" Lucy shouted directing her words to Jason. Amy watched them quietly, no; she wasn't going to be part of the bickering that was going to begin any time from then.
Jason instead sang loudly and danced vigorously moving further away from them, pretending not to have heard Lucy. Amy had to intervene before someone she knew erupted. "You should be happy he isn't, he is worse in making food Lucy."
