'Wait a minute! If I remember correctly, I received so-called talent from that Celestial Sun, right? So, does that mean I also received his bloodline and special constitution? Wait a fucking minute... If I use TP to awaken my talent, it can either be bloodline or special constitution?'

Alex was so shocked that he didn't know how to respond.

Bloodline! He knows how rare this is. Only a few, very few families in the human race have a bloodline. And, that's only because they have managed to awaken some crazy talent due to their crazy luck.

As for Special Constitution, it would be even rare. If bloodline users can be found in families, the special constitution can only be found once in a whole family.

Special Constitution allows one to inherit two or more two elements as their main element. And, that's not all. If two of those elements are compatible, there is a high chance that they could be merged.

For example, if some awaken Earth Element and Water Element as their main element, they could produce Wood Element. Merging Water Element with Wind Element would create Ice Element.

Thus, both of them were very precious. And, he had already planned for one of them.

During his last life, to help more children become a mage, he decided to create a project 'ASC' also known as 'Artificial Special Constitution'. This was huge research but the problem occurred when they had to choose whether to complete this project or keep their reputation.

In simple terms, if a word about this project goes out, his academy would've suffered a huge loss in reputation and even could be targeted by other people. So, he didn't continue it before.

But now, he doesn't need to care. Because his reputation hasn't reached anywhere at all. He could use any many people as he want as a sacrifice to complete this method.

Of course, he wouldn't sacrifice an innocent. That's against his nature. But, he already has enemies. So, as long as he gets their bodies, it would be more than enough.

Of course, now that he has this chance, he won't use these on himself. Although he won't have any problem, he wouldn't need it if he could simply awaken the talent.

So, now he has decided to completely focus on developing Moona's strength. Even though the system clearly said that she wasn't talented enough to be his Eldest Student, he still took her in.

Now, it was his responsibility to make her the strongest one.

He finally decided to close the system panel and focus more on teaching Moona. As for the system, he could always check it out whenever he would be alone.

Seeing his eyes shifting at her, she suddenly got startled for a moment. Moona. Alex released a deep breath and said "Alright, it already has been over two hours. Let's go and talk to your father. Then, we will continue your training."

"By the way, keep Strength of the Hundred Dragons in your mind all the time from now on. For a few days, I would help you train for a few hours but soon, you would need to rely on yourself."

"This is very dangerous art so you need to be careful."

Hearing his words, Moona seriously nodded her head and both of them stood up. They left the training hall and returned to the mansion. When they walked in, they saw Jane sitting next to Tenma who seemed a bit troubled.

Seeing them walking in, Tenma and Jane shifted their gaze to him.

"It seems like things didn't go as you planned," Alex remarked while sitting in front of him.

"Hah! Those gutless bastards. They are willing to be suppressed by that Tyrant rather than helping me overthrow him. Not only that, they are even making the other five families discouraged." Tenma heavily sighed.

Hearing his words, Moona bit her lips as she also felt troubled by her father's expression. She knew he was truly desperate to overthrow Vander but he was getting less and less successful in it.

"Can you tell me the overall power of Vander? How many Junior Mages does he have? How many Senior Mages does he have? Do they have anyone with special magic?" Alex asked.

Hearing his questions, Jane and Moona was startled. Both of them suddenly felt joy in their hearts. In their eyes, if Alex interferes, they will get a chance to win.

This was especially for Moona who finally learned just how incredible he is. But, Tenma was still not aware of it. He simply asked.

"Are you going to help us?"

There was a bit of expectation and hope in his eyes. Unlike his wife and daughter, his thoughts were purely simple. Having one man will be better than having no one.

Unfortunately, Alex shook his head. His reaction made three of them disappointed but he quickly spoke.

"But, I will interfere if his father-in-law attacks you. I am simply curious about his overall army strength."

When Tenma heard his words, he felt a bit sad. It felt like Alex wouldn't even consider fighting anyone weaker than the strongest person in the town.

But, he still replied "Currently, there are nearly fifty Junior Mages, and twenty Senior Mages. But, most of the Junior Mages are at the peak or around there. Except for the Captain of the first squadron who is also the Senior Mage, nobody has a special magic."

"But that captain has a unique Ice Magic. He once froze a Level Two monster with a single spell."

Hearing his words, Alex sighed.

This was supposed to be the army of a Town Chief?

It was nothing more than the army of the village hundreds of years ago.

He couldn't understand how they even managed to survive. He felt like those walls were truly strong. He sighed and said, "There is no need to worry about joining other families."

"In fact, now I hope you won't ask other families to join since it would be much easier for me in the future. As you already know, I am the dean of the Academy but I haven't established my academy."

"So, I need the Seal of Confirmation from the Town Chief or District Chief. Since I am starting from the town, getting the Town Chief Seal of Confirmation would be enough and with your support, I would be able to establish the academy with ease."

"And, of course, I want your family to be our sponsor as well. In return, we will protect your family against the major threats."

Hearing his words, Tenma's eyes widened as he excitedly asked "Does that mean you will help us?"

"Sigh! I already told you. Unless that man comes, I won't make a move this time. When I gave a test to your daughter before, I wanted to check her abilities but I was greatly disappointed because of her lack of knowledge in Magic."

"Since now I am training her, she won't remain weak like chicken. Within a week, she should be able to face off against Fifty Junior Mages. Hmm!!! Oh, yea,"

Saying so, he turned his head at her and continued "This time, I won't make a single move until that man appears. So, this is going to be your first test. If you can't even defeat those weaklings, I can't accept you as the Eldest Student."

Seeing his serious eyes, Moona knew this was a very important task. She got serious eyes as she nodded her head.

"Ahem! Dean, I know you are strong but isn't it too much for her? How can she defeat 50 Junior Mages by herself and with only one week of training?" Jane felt conflicted and asked.

Tenma had the same expression. Alex turned his head at them and shook.

"You are wrong. If she hadn't been brought up this poorly, I would've asked her to defeat 5000. I am not blaming you for not being able to raise her with true magic education but this world is bigger than you."

"She is going to be the Eldest Student of my academy. She will face the opponents who are going to have both Bloodlines and Special Constitution, talent higher than seven or eight or even nine-tier."

"She has to overcome her current weakness or I would've no choice but to remove her."

When Moona heard his words, she instantly stood up and said.

"Teacher, I promise I won't disappoint you. I will train very hard and get stronger than everyone else."

Jane and Tenma were shocked by their daughter's words. At this moment, Alex stood up and said "She didn't take a lot of interest in being a Mage because she knew you two will do everything in order to increase her Rank."

"But, she also knew her shortcomings. Even so, when I asked her to fight against those Junior Knights, she became excited. A girl who understands her own weakness can improve continuously but it also requires the Will to grab the opportunity in front of them."

"Your daughter will be a lot stronger than you think. Alright, let's go now! I will talk about sponsorship later on."
