The distance is cruel especially between two hearts yearning for each other and ready to do anything to be together. The day Artemis returned back to the capital it was a celebration to Aurora who waited for so long to feel Artemis in her arms again. They dined privately and made love for two days straight. Artemis was barely seen at court for those two days and the fact that he gave an order not to be interrupted, no one dared to — not even his sister.
"The war can wait." That's what Artemis replied when Lord Balon came knocking at his chambers for an important message he had to deliver.
"I'm afraid this one can't, Your Grace. We are going to need your presence in the council chambers as we speak."
