Like in almost every other lawful organization on the planet, the Clown Society also had sleeping agents in the Core Protection Alliance.
The Clown Society had such a long time to finetune and perfect their plan that when the time came to enact the plan, everything flowed smoothly.
Instantly after these mechanical devices triggered, the Space-time in the air became so solidified that teleportation became impossible.
Not everywhere was affected by this phenomenon though.
By deploying 12 Space-time stabilizers in strategic positions, a pocket of space at the furthermost corner of the Core Protection Alliance was left untouched.
This was where the invasion party entered the atmosphere.
