As the group that left with the most warriors, they became the prime target of the undead Titans as thousands of them trooped after them.
Redmane and the other Foxes in Lucky's pack were the only reason why they were not annihilated yet, the Foxes proved their mettle in battle.
Redmane already proved that he was an outstanding Commander.
Despite some of the Foxes being mere Grade E beasts, under Commander Redmane's leadership, they cooperated and integrated with the other Foxes to form a cohesive unit that attacked and retreated as one.
