Osmond bathed himself in blood, guts and grime. He couldn't stop laughing and the fire in his heart wouldn't quench. He went on stabbing and stabbing until his arms ache and his body sunk into the corpse.
"I didn't run away," he screamed and laughed. He felt his body being lifted to air and he flayed. "Let me go," he screamed.
"Told you I will help you out if things go south," Riley said and jumped down from the ogre.
They gathered around Hamilton. Fern sat near him and tried her best to soothe him of the pain. His breaths were getting weaker with every passing second. "How you holding up?" Riley asked and put Osmond down.
"Take your smug face away. We both know how this is going to end. Girl, stop what you are doing and heal Beverly," Hamilton's eyes looked away.
Beverly sat near the tree with the cloak covered and not speaking; her eyes empty. Marigold didn't move from her spot. She sat there and looked at others with her expression stone-like. Then, she noticed something.
