Albert was standing respectfully infront of Danial and Dorothy.
Finally I broke the silence and said " Is there someone of your lapdogs in Sterling technological company in the role of a supervisor"
Albert's lips trembled and he said "Yes he's name is Jeff and I deployed him into Sterling company for info gathering "
" Info gathering, well he did something she shouldn't have done and I need you to fix it"
Albert bowed and said" Please order and I will fix it immediately "
I glanced at Dorothy and said " You Lapdog Jeff framed her father who was in-charge of a project at sterling technology and now his father is facing the wrath of the company because of your lap dogs fault, so tell me how do you want to fix it"
Albert forehead was covered in sweat as he said " I will immediately send that man to police and he will face his charges and I will personally remove the frame from her father"
I said indifferently " Do it now"
Albert heard and immediately called his subordinate to bring Jeff to the park.
After 10 mins a car came and stopped and Jeff got out and came right to Albert and said " Yes boss you called me this late, is there anything I can be of help"
Don Albert immediately slapped him and shouted " You fucking lunatic do you want me to get killed you bastard!! "
Jeff held his face and said with shock " B-but what did I do, I did you you asked me to do and it's done"
Albert realised that I was glaring at him so he slapped Jeff again and said "I know what you did and now I order you to take the blame of the project you ruined and hand youself to the police "
Jeff was stunted and he said " But boss I didn't do anything wrong"
Albert was enraged as he said" Do you want to go to the police or do you want me to break your bones"
I watched as the drama enfolded before me. I thought " This is just cringe, I just should solve the problem and get out of here. Also there the system rewards I need to check, maybe I will get something amazing"
I waved my hand and said " Albert you don't need to show off teach him a lesson but right now I need her father to be out of the problem as soon as possible "
Albert said " Ok sir I will do it now "
Albert made some calls and after a while he said " It's done her father is now safe and the company is returning the position of project manager to her father once again"
Dorothy was surprised and tears of joy were falling from her eyes
She looked at me with teary eyes and said " Thank you danial I don't know how you did it but thank you "
I said " You know a hug is not enough but I'd you give me a kiss on the.... cheek I might be satisfied "
Dorothy looked at me for a while and ddint says anything. To avoid the awkwardness I said " Okay I m joking you dont have.... ",as I was saying that I felt a really cold, joyful and sweet sensation on my cheek, I looked and saw Dorothy kissing me with her eyes closed.
I didn't expect Dorothy would do that "maybe she's was super happy, maybe she likes me,
who cares let me enjoy the moment "
Dorothy retracted, her face was a shade of red due to the embarrassment.
She stood up and said shyly "Thanks for the help I will treat you to a dinner sometime Bye!"
After Dorothy was gone I looked at Albert and thought since he's the underground kind of the southerland district I should ask him some questions
I looked at Albert and said "Well done Albert your really quick "
Albert replied humbly "It's my pleasure to be useful sir "
" I still have many questions so let's talk in the car shall we"
