I don't take Anxiety seriously before. Everytime I encounter someone with such case i only say "Mindset please. It's just all in your head. You have to control your mind. You're a weak minded person ". And i regret saying those things when it happened to one of my closest person. I've seen it with my two wide eyes how people with anxiety deal with their fears. It's not easy, me having witnessed all of it is suffocating. I feel suffocated just by seeing it, how much more those who are experiencing it. I can't imagine the pain they're in because of those scary thoughts that they can't avoid. Imagine their fear because of those silly thoughts, imagine how much they want to run away from it, imagine how much they want someone to understand them but because you haven't experienced the same thing you don't take it seriously, and That is depressing. I would say, I'm lucky because I'm not in the same situation because it scares me.

A lot of what if's. What if I get anxiety too? will i survive? will i overcome it?
