IVOR
My feet were trembling in my shoes. Tomorrow's the big day. By then, I'll be sharing the huge part of my heart with someone else for the rest of my life. By then, I'd be waking up to heart-shaped waffles and hot coffee. After a tiresome day at work, I'd be coming home to Ria's cooking and a warm hug. On weekends, we would go on trips to destress from the week's load.
On the surface, it sounded homey. For a normal person, it's the dream. The comfort of home, the assurance of having someone to welcome you with a hug at the end of a tiresome day. It was a life any normal husband would kill for. Ria as a wife would be a bonus too. There's nothing else anyone would want if given that life.
The only problem here is me. I'm not a normal husband-to-be. I'm someone who's stuck in the past with his ex who's also coming to the wedding.
