Me, really? I don't know if I was only imagining things but Ivor clearly wasn't looking at me when he said that. His eyes were on the other table, two tables away from here and he was doing it in discreet. I cleared my throat and his gaze went back to me. The flowers he gave me today are white daisies. They were placed at the side of the table, right next to my purse.
"is this okay?"
He looked confused.
"what do you mean?"
"this.. she's… she's right there. you two are in the same place at the same time."
"oh… yeah, it's fine. I don't mind."
Lie. It was easily spotted. He kept on moving in his seat. He surely is affected by her presence.
"okay, let me get you some food."
