It's the half hour away from the event proper. The people started to crowd on the event area. The seats are half-filled and the paparazzi are stationed outside. Everywhere I look, the color of black and white consumes the eyes. Black gowns, white suits and vice versa. There are also those which combines both colors on one garment of clothing. To be honest, I thought the selected theme was lame. To be inside the hall with nothing else but the colors of black and white even on curtains and other forms of decorative, it was an eyesore. However, looking at it now, all these gorgeous dresses and suits, it made me appreciate the theme. Perhaps it was one of those moments when we judge based on what we know about something and not giving it any chance to prove us otherwise.
