Ivor and I drove to the office within the next half hour. He wasn't able to finish his unpacking and his room was still occupied by the boxes here and there, giving a very crowded air. Grace volunteered to do the cleaning, but I told her not to, as per Ivor's request. He said he'd like to be the one to arrange his stuff and place it on the room. I agreed and sent Grace to a different assignment in the house.
While we were in his car, we talked about the changes that are now in front of us. He said when he told Peter that he's moving out, Peter only laughed, saying he already expected this to happen and that he wanted the place entirely for himself. I don't think so, though.
"does he have a girlfriend or anything of the sort?" – I was referring to Peter. We're halfway to the office now, but the highway was busier.
Ivor chuckled and shook his head.
