The Servant Disciple's happy smile spread across his face as he stood to the side, waiting to clean up after they had finished eating.
He busied himself making tea and fetching water for them, appearing very diligent and even brewed a fine pot of tea.
"Hmm, not bad..."
The Golden Core Elder held the teacup and took a whiff of the aromatic tea, which was indeed very fragrant.
He glanced at the Servant Disciple again, wondering why he didn't have such an all-around disciple by his side.
But for now, it was nice to freeload on meals and drinks.
"Master, I didn't realize you liked tea as well."
"What kind of question is that? Am I not human?"
The Golden Core Elder was only proficient in cultivation; he knew nothing of the tedious tasks like cooking and brewing tea.
Don't say he was a bit of a chauvinist—it was just that he came from a noble family. When had the scions and patriarchs of noble families ever bothered with such menial tasks?
