Chapter 17 - chapter 16

Chapter 16

"The two clans are on opposite sides of Konoha..." I muttered softly, while my back was soaked in cold sweat.

The Nara clan is the brains of the village, as Shikamaru's father and himself are clearly shown in the story, their wit and intelligence. No wonder Konoha is such a mess, partly because of the lack of this clan.

As for the Hyuuga clan, there's no need to explain. Their white eyes are one of the most powerful eye techniques in the ninja world. They are also one of the village's fighting forces.

The two families are standing on opposite sides… This is a bad omen.

"Ichigo, should we retreat?" Shiba said, swallowing hard. He was quite afraid of the two who had taken care of Ryuga and the others.

"We won't be able to escape in time," I said, in front of the white eyes. That Hyuuga guy must have seen us just now.

If it is unavoidable, there will definitely be a clash.

"Count to three. Shin-san, take Sakura to hide first. The rest can attack separately," I said and immediately started counting.

"one"

"two"

"three"

Shin immediately separated himself and carried Sakura. Shiba, Nari, and Hana used the In of the Movement Jutsu to split themselves into shadows.

As for me, I was hiding in the hallway, pulling out a shuriken from my pocket.

As far as I can see, although this Hyuuga's talent is very good, compared to Neji, I think he's still far behind. If I can use jutsu, that's good...

I stood up suddenly, and the shuriken in both hands shot out into the air.

"You're here already?" Taka smiled wryly, and immediately used the kunai in his hand to deflect the incoming shuriken.

Hana rushes from the side and uses Inmaia to squeeze chakra out and release it onto the ground. A bunch of vines shoot up from the ground, with sharp ends. Taka is not afraid and uses a kunai to cut through it easily because Hana's wood jutsu seems to be weaker than Sora's.

Narisa slides along the ground, sweeps a kick from the right with her right foot, Taka uses her left arm to block and counterattacks.

Nari raised her arms to block. The attack was very strong and sent her flying. Shin came to catch her body. Taka quickly closed in.

Shiba took the opportunity to sneak up on him with a kick. Taka didn't even look behind him. He grabbed Shiba's legs with both hands before spinning at high speed and throwing Shiba at Shin until they collided.

"Ahh!"

The three of them screamed before flying in different directions.

"Wood Spell - Vine Prison" Hana, who saw this, immediately took action.

Vines shot up from the ground and covered all directions. Because they were vines and not wood, the amount of chakra transmitted was less.

"Heavenly Movement" He spun around and released chakra throughout his body. The rotating chakra wave shattered the vines into pieces.

"Shin!" Nari shouted.

Shin was slightly startled before entering a chakra suppression stance.

Nari closed her eyes and pressed her palms together to form a circle. Nari opened her eyes suddenly and looked at Taka.

Not knowing what was happening, Taka suddenly spun his technique around, and Hana's vines wrapped around his head.

"Go ahead!" Taka said in a fierce tone, but it was clear that the order was directed at Shin, who was standing on the other side.

Shin roared and charged forward with all his might, his right fist expanding greatly before he launched an attack.

However, the target was not Taka, but Shika.

Shika saw the techniques used by the two and something suddenly occurred to him. "Haha, I didn't think there would still be blood between the two clans. Are you trying to get revenge on your own clan or something?!" Shika's hands clasped together. He gathered the yin chakra and released it.

"Shadow Shield!"

The shadow in front of Shika lifted up to become a shield, and Shin's large fist that was coming at him was blocked. Shin quickly jumped back, but his eyes stared at Shika with hatred.

Shika smiled, released the spell, and stood up. "The two survivors of the Yamanaka and Cho families, huh? I really miss that day. The day my family killed all the people from those two families."

"You!" Shin gritted his teeth, but it was obvious that the other party's skills were not ordinary, and there was no order from Nari, so he retreated back to Nari's body lying face down on the ground.

Taka's hands clasped together before he softly said, "Unlock." In a blink, Manari woke up and Taka regained consciousness.

"What happened?" Taka turned to ask Shika.

"A jutsu that allows you to move your mind to a target. You've been hit by a Yamanaka clan technique," Shika said calmly. He stared at the two people from Konoha's two lost clans.

"Why did you betray us? Why!" Nari asked emotionally, asking Shika who was smiling on the other side.

"No reason," Shika replied, waving her hand to the side as if she was doing something. "Because that person told us to do something. He told us that he would give us great power and a great future. But the test is to exterminate the Jo and Yamanaka clans."

Nariva's eyes trembled. Shika's words were the truth. She knew it with her intuition.

"Have you forgotten the Will of Fire and the Triple Enforcement Formation, Ingon Shikajo? Our three clans have fought side by side since ancient times. How could the Nara clan have forgotten about these things?!" Nari turned from shock to fury and spat out a sentence in anger.

"Will of Fire, Inno-Shikajou, do you think those two things are important?" Shika snorted. "To me, they're just trash! Inno-Shikajou, the Triad Formation, huh? That kind of thing is useless anymore, because everything depends on strength!"

Shika's face turned smileless. "The remains left from the killing, you two are in front of me, I can't just let you go. I'll send you two to your own people!"

Killing intent spread out, Shika's shadow dashed across the ground. It was so fast, Shiba immediately dodged into the forest, and Hana also retreated. Only Nari and Shin couldn't dodge, because they intended to fight Shika. But who would have guessed that Shika's shadow jutsu could be this fast?

In an instant, both were pinned down by shadows. Shika used more chakra, and the shadows on Nari and Shin's bodies moved up and bound them.

"Shadow Binding Jutsu... Perform it, Sataka." Shika ordered.

Taka stepped towards the two with a smile, a soft boxing technique appeared on both hands, a Double Palms Crushing Mountain stance, blue chakra covered the entire body of the hands, the overwhelming murderous intent that spread out revealed a very clear killing intent.

Whoosh!

Suddenly, dozens of shuriken shot out through the bushes. Shika glanced at them before grunting in disdain. He used another shadow to deflect the shuriken, sending them flying.

However, another set of shurikens shot out.

"Hey, hey, this trick doesn't work, but you're still going to use it." He was using his own shadow to brush it away as usual, but he suddenly realized something was wrong. The second set of shuriken that was flying towards him wasn't aimed at him, but at the shuriken that was floating and falling to the ground.

Crank!

As if a marble was being thrown towards a large group of marbles, the second set of shurikens hit the first set of shurikens until they bounced off, and the first set bounced off and hit each other, followed by the third set. The shurikens that bounced off each other formed an unpredictable pattern. Before Shika and Taka could read the direction of the shurikens,

Whoosh!

The shadow of a ninja shuriken flashed past.

There were traces of a cut on their necks, but it wasn't very deep, and only red blood was flowing out. However, both of them were sweating cold sweat on their backs.

The shuriken that had just hit them had missed. If it hadn't missed, both of them would have died.

A shadow walks out from the bushes.

"Hey, Nara kid. You're such a talker," I said, feeling tired of the story that had changed so much that it barely resembled the original.
