"Okay, Hanass, let's open it quickly, no more time wasting!" Sirius urged impatiently, as if he couldn't wait to see the contents inside.
Hanass on the side was not in a hurry, so he took out a pendulum from his pocket and showed it to his companion and said, "Sirius, you are too impatient. We must at least do a divination to test whether it is dangerous to open this kind of Ancient Family article."
Sirius thought it was unnecessary, "You're just wasting our precious time Hanass, you're not a fortune-teller!"
Ignoring of the impatient Sirius, Hanass began to do divination. Although he was not a fortune-teller, he is still a mystic analyst and is also highly spiritual. He is also well versed in the mystic arts, so it was more than enough for him to do this kind of divination.
"There is no danger in opening this notebook."
"There is no danger in opening this notebook..."
After repeating the chant seven times, the pendulum began to swing clockwise in affirmation, indicating that there was indeed no danger.
"You see? As I said, you're just wasting time!" Sirius said impatiently.
"Hehe, far from it, being ever cautious is hardly ever a waste of time. Divination is a necessity when dealing with the extraordinary world. The difference between us and other members of the 'Order' is that we are sensible enough!" Said Hanass as he put the pendulum back into his pocket.
Sirius perfectly understood what Hanass meant. He may be impatient, but he is not reckless. This is shown by the fact that he himself has not opened the notebook to take a peak at it even once without getting authorization to open it since the afternoon.
After confirming that it was safe, Sirius quickly opened the notebook and the two of them saw the contents inside.
Soon after looking through the notebook however, they looked at each other in dismay as they couldn't understand the text inside.
"This... what should we do now, should we look it up in the dictionary?" Sirius asked a little uncertain.
Hanass quickly regained his composure and said, "Don't forget that divination is just my hobby. I am actually a mystic who has rich knowledge and understands ancient Faisac, ancient Hermes and other languages. Next I will try to translate the contents inside, just do your best to assist me!"
Sirius breathed a sigh of relief, "Okay, I'll go get the pen and paper now."
Whilst holding the pen and paper, he muttered, "I am also a 'Secrets Supplicant' Beyonder, but I am not rich in knowledge."
The abilities of the Mystics have nothing to do with knowledge, they are just more likely to connect with unknown beings.
....
Going through the void on his way to Heaven, Hidal did his best to observe the void in all angles as far as he could see, earnestly searching for the void's boundary. That however was a hopeless endeavour as the void could very well be infinite since he saw no end to it. No boundary nor edge was visible within his sight.
As he continued floating upwards, Hidal once more saw the scenes of a numerous number of images, each having people that were praying in different places on the Forsaken Land of the Gods, though he still couldn't see the specific situation clearly, because he passed through them quickly, and when he saw the white light, immediately He was sucked in and sat on the gray throne again.
Hidal knew that he had a lot to do and his time was limited, so he didn't dare to delay and immediately grabbed the 'Book of Blasphemy'.
"Where did I left off yesterday?" Hidal unconsciously muttered with the 'Book of Blasphemy' in hand, as if responding to his question, the pages of the Book of Blasphemy began to turn automatically to and finally displayed the last page he read.
"ah, I forgot the Book of Blasphemy had this function!" Hidal exclaimed as he appreciated how convenient this function was.
Without any further waste of time, Hidal began going through everything very quickly. This is because he need only read it once and it would be permanently embedded in his mind, also because he had already finished most of it yesterday, so it didn't take much time for Hidal to finish reading it completely.
"Huh, I didn't expect that the content here is all advanced mystical knowledge!" Hidal couldn't help but sigh after reading it.
The following content records the sacrificial rituals and the mystical knowledge of the secret agreement(I forgot the actual name for this) ritual. These are all high-level rituals, because if used properly, these two have a high probability of being bestowed favour by the gods, especially the former.
Like some evil god organizations, they like to engage in bloody sacrificial rituals to obtain the power bestowed by those evil gods. Some of these bloody sacrifices are done by killing other humans, and sometimes even believers themselves are willing to become sacrifices.
However, the sacrificial rituals in the 'Book of Blasphemy' are not like this. Instead, valuable things are used as sacrifices and then offered to a specific existence.
After studying the content of the 'Book of Blasphemy', Hidal started to work on his plans the Forsaken Land of the Gods. For one he needed to figure out how to enact a convincing role-play as a God. Next he needs to establish 'anchors' to serve the purpose of fighting against the awakening of the 'Primordial One' in the future.
It's just that those prayers are all in the void and Hidal doesn't know how to establish contact with them.
So Hidal looked at the silver-white cross on his right armrest. Although he didn't know what the cross was, it likely had a very high Sequence Characteristic.
He theorized that this cross is very likely to be the Uniqueness of the 'Priest' pathway!
Perhaps he can connect with those who pray through the cross.
Thinking of this, Hidal stretched out his right hand to grab the silver-white cross. The moment he held it in his hand, Hidal felt power flow through him. This gave him the illusion that he was becoming an actual God.
"Huh? This feeling is different from the first time I came in and held the cross. Is this because I was just an ordinary person last time, but now I have become a Beyonder and the 'master' of 'Heaven' perhaps?"
With the help of the cross, Hidal felt that the entire Heaven was under his control.

I did it again :'(
