[Ellie's P.O.V.]
"Edith is willing to hire you for 20 dollars an hour as a worker. Are you willing to take it up?"
I told Abby and Rowling about how I met Edith and about our plans to open a hotel. They looked at each other in shock as they listened to me.
Rowling thought about it for a moment and finally said with a face full of regret, "I really want to join you, but I still have to take care of my child and my mother has not been around recently. Rowling showed me the child in her arms, a very cute little girl with the same red hair as her.
"Well, I have a feeling that Edith likes children because she took quite a liking to my son. I can ask Edith about having your daughter around. I don't think she would mind."
Rowling's face lit up at the prospects of being able to bring her daughter along if she took up the job. "If that's the case, I would be really grateful to her."
