After telling me about her past, Chloe's mood seemed to have improved, as if all the depression she had suffered for the past year had disappeared at this moment.
Chloe stood up, took a bottle of medicine from a nearby place, and put it in her mouth. I asked worriedly, "What medicine is this? Are you sick?"
Chloe quickly shook her head. She raised the bottle in her hand and said to me, "This isn't medicine. It's a health supplement. It can make you happy."
I didn't know much about medicine, and I didn't do any research on it, so I didn't ask much. Instead, I asked what I was most curious about at the time.
"I have a question. Were you also pretending to be crazy when I first met you?"
My deepest impression of Chloe was the first time I met her. She bit me for no reason. There was no one around me, but she was still crazy. She even said things that hurt Kirk.
