I smirked inwardly. Indeed, humans are adept at disguising their true emotions. They thought they could deceive us, but from the beginning, we knew they just wanted to shirk responsibility for disciplining Leah. For them, since Leah had already been expelled from the family, they could completely disregard her life or death.
However, now that they were here, there was no way they would leave empty-handed.
I chuckled lightly, "Originally, when she followed us into our territory, as long as she didn't cause trouble and lived peacefully, none of these things would have happened." Implicitly, I meant she had done quite a few absurd things, which reminded me of that entire file.
Now, with Leah escaping in the chaos, hiding in the shadows, she could become a ticking time bomb at any moment.
