[Ellie's P.O.V]
Anton feigned complete indifference as he spoke to Brian with a tone that had a hint of mockery. However, with each word, Brian's expression grew darker, and he couldn't wait to interrupt Anton.
"That's enough!"
Panse remained in his Forsaken state. I glanced at the Jacobite nearby, quickly grabbing one and using them as a shield in front of me. Surprisingly, Panse hesitated to advance and the unfortunate Jacob's person kept trembling.
I looked at the silver armor on the Jacobite, pushed them aside tentatively, and Panse immediately tried to lunge at me. I swiftly used another Jacob's person to block him, and Panse took a step back.
I instantly understood what was happening. So, I grabbed two more Jacobites and waved them around me and Anton to block Panse from getting close. Eventually, my arms grew sore, so I tore the silver armor off both of them and watched Panse leap onto them, biting each one. It was quite satisfying.
