[Ellie's P.O.V]
The cowboy trembled, shrinking into himself. "At that time... I didn't think that much. The boss just told me to invite him upstairs, and I resorted to this because he refused."
"What use is he to your boss?" I asked him coldly.
"I don't know, the boss never shares these things with us. I also dare not ask too much," the cowboy cautiously glanced at me.
Anton pressed the gun tighter against his waist, his voice icy, "You better tell the truth."
"I am telling the truth. My life is in your hands now. I wouldn't dare to deceive you!" The cowboy's expression grew increasingly terrified, his body pressed tightly against the car door.
Anton picked up the card I had thrown at the cowboy, glancing sideways at him, "Where was the meeting supposed to be? You must know that, right?"
Hesitantly, the cowboy mentioned a room number. Anton immediately gestured towards the air, signaling his hidden guards.
