After leaving the room and ensuring that Christian couldn't hear, Karina whispered to us, "There's indeed some mental issue. He seems to have been brainwashed by those people, believing himself to be a resident of the Sanctum Pack."
As suspected, Christian had issues. With that information, we now had an answer. The Sanctum Pack probably referred only to that specific base, and those people captured werewolves from other packs to serve them.
Anton glanced in the direction of Christian's room, "Then send him to a mental asylum."
Anton said this as he took out his phone and called Ollie. I smiled at Karina, "Thank you."
"It's nothing," Karina nodded slightly. "I may have to bother you here for some time in the future. I couldn't find Anna, so I'll wait here. Whether she comes or not, it's all up to fate."
