Anyway, Colin seemed much more cheerful now. When I looked at this child, who was about the same age as Myron and Daisy, and thought that he would soon be forced to end his life, my heart tightened suddenly. I tried my best to hold back the pain and not show it.
After a brief meeting between Colin and Kaz, I took Colin to another room. We would leave Kaz alone for a while so that Colin could enjoy his last moments.
I took Colin to where Myron and Daisy were. "Myron, Daisy, you have a new playmate now. Would you like to play together?"
Children of the same age find it easy to play together. Besides, Myron and Daisy often played in the estate. Now that a new person had joined them, they would surely find it exciting.
Myron glanced at Colin and naturally came over, taking Colin's hand warmly and asked, "What's your name? I'm Myron, and we can be friends."
