We nodded and entered the room.
Christian sat in place with a vacant look, indicating that his consciousness was somewhat hazy.
"Who are you?" Anton cautiously asked.
"Christian," Christian murmured, his voice clear and not too loud. It seemed that the hypnosis had indeed worked.
Anton proceeded with the second question, "Where do you come from?"
Christian began to furrow his brow, and for a brief moment, it seemed like he might be waking up. But his condition didn't change significantly as he replied, "Sanctum Pack."
Both Anton and I exchanged puzzled glances. This was a pack we had never heard of.
In a city with countless packs of all sizes, if even Anton was baffled by a pack's name, it likely meant that the Sanctum Pack was not located within the city. This explained why those people could be so brazen, freely plundering the city of the lycanthropes.
