I surveyed the room and, aside from a pool of blood near Orky's cage and a few scattered bloodstains elsewhere, there were no other anomalies. Clearly, the body had already been removed.
"What was the cause of death?" I couldn't fathom how Christian had managed to kill someone through the cage, especially in an electrified cage. Moreover, there was a certain distance between the two cages.
Christian half-opened his eyes, glanced at us, and then closed them again.
"Inducement," Anton said with pursed lips. "Based on the surveillance footage, after talking with Orky, Christian threw something at him. After Orky consumed it, he began convulsing all over and eventually bled to death from every orifice."
