It was surprising to us that Aki was injured.
Despite wearing a bulletproof vest, the elder brother's bullet had hit Aki's lower leg, probably to prevent him from escaping and to facilitate taking him back. When I saw the wound, I felt a deep sense of guilt for what Aki had to endure. This was the pain forcibly imposed on him, similar to what the mutant wolves would experience if they were in the presence of those brothers. The bell they used had an enchanting quality that would likely render a mutated wolf helpless.
"I'm sorry, Aki, for letting you get hurt like this," several of the black-clad figures who had appeared were Anton's covert guards. They helped Aki into Anton's car, and he was now leaning against the backseat, a bloodstain visible on his calf, indicating that the bullet had penetrated.
