[Ellie's P.O.V.]
Anton's body froze. He had obviously noticed the unusual look in the werewolf's eyes. There was even a flash of red.
"Seems like he can't answer. If we can't communicate, let's just start examining him." Anton raised his hand and the doctor walked in with a medicine box and a big bag.
When I saw who it was, I was surprised for a moment. It was Dr. Newman, the one who I met while investigating Kirk's father's and Nazan's cause of death. Newman recognized me too as he said, "Ms. Ellie, we meet again."
I smiled at him, but Anton corrected him. "Perhaps you should call her Madam now."
"It's just a form of address. Don't take it seriously, Anton." Newman smiled awkwardly. "The instrument is too cumbersome. So, I can only take blood and will have to bring it back to the hospital for processing. I'll try to submit the examination report to you in the shortest time possible."
