[Ellie's P.O.V.]
Something was up and I rushed out of the office. I bumped into Anton and Ollie so I quickly asked, "What happened? Where is the fire?"
Anton stopped in his tracks and looked at me. "Panse's apartment is on fire, but he's still inside. Although I hate him, I can't let him burn to death."
I was shocked. Why would the apartment catch fire for no reason? It was a little fishy so I requested to go with Anton. "My hotel has a waterwheel. I'll get someone to drive it over."
Since Moon Manor had been on fire before, I had made sure our hotel was better equipped and prepared to deal with future emergencies.
The car sped the entire journey to Panse's place. When we arrived at the scene, I realized how big the fire was. Five or six large fire trucks were extinguishing the fire but the fire showed no signs of subsiding. In fact, it almost looked as if it was growing bigger.
