I had thought of thousands of possibilities to explain how and why Green Robe Association could easily go over to Ferocious Tiger Gang's side, and this was the best plausible one.
None of the gangs in this pack could easily overtake Dragon Slaying Gang to become the number one gang. Moreover, Kirk was especially young. But Green Robed Association was rich and if they had a little more, they could surpass the Dragon Slaying Gang.
