"I heard that you wanted to see me, and you even threatened me with your life?" I sat in the chair opposite Gemino and looked at him coldly.
Anton and Kirk went to the room next door to observe my conversation with Gemino.
I hated threats, but he was still useful. I couldn't let him die so easily, especially since he had interrupted my sleep. I was in a bad mood at the moment, so my attitude toward him was even worse.
Gemino lowered his head and didn't respond. After a long while, he raised his head and looked at me with a cold smile. "Since you're here, it means that my life is still very important."
I frowned. Was he just testing whether his life value was worth anything? Had he really become stupid because he had not socialized these past few days?
"If you want to see me just to talk nonsense with me, then I'll be leaving. Who would chat with you in the middle of the night?" My tone became even colder.
