Father and Sister came back after daybreak, exhausted. I knew Father must have been hurting, knowing that there was an internal strife in Bright Moon Pack right at the end of his rule and the beginning of Yili's.
"Everything is settled." That was all my father said before heading upstairs. My mother followed him but not before looking back at me for a moment.
Yili was the one who told me what happened as Anton sat beside me in silence.
"They must have had someone watching the development of the situation from afar because, by the time we went over, Gemino had already escaped. We only managed to get his wife. After a little more investigation, we found out that he had been colluding with a gang called Sky Eagle Gang. However, by the time Mr. Kirk brought his men to go after them, the gang's base was already empty."
