[Ellie's P.O.V.]
I now understood why the wizard gave me more pills because I would know when the right time to use them would be. And the thought of it made me sad.
"No! That's too dangerous," said Anton. "You're going to suffer a lot that day and you still want to put yourself up as bait? What if we catch the witch and you..."
I looked at Anton, knowing what he was about to say but was too afraid to utter. But there was no better way. "The wizard gave me more pills that will delay the pain. I will take it when we execute the plan on the full moon night. Besides, I'm the only one who can convince the witch that her potion isn't working."
"But, are you sure the wizard can make the antidote in five days?" Anton was still hesitant.
I knew Anton didn't want to gamble with my life. After he found out that I had been poisoned by Ant Year, he had been working tirelessly to help me, and I was grateful to him.
