"Sounds good." Anton nodded. "Maybe we can ask the wizard how long it will take to make the antidote. If we know that, then we can plan out more carefully."
Anton's words made sense. We had assumed that the antidote would take a month to complete, but we might have also underestimated the wizard's ability. What if he didn't need a month?
"Don't worry, I'll get to the bottom of this." After I finished watering the remaining roses, I placed the watering can on a special rack and went to the wizard's room.
Ever since the encounter at Crossing Shadow Pack, Anton and I promised to protect the wizard who had now been living at Moon Manor for a month. However, the rest of the hotel, especially the staff, simply knew that there was a strange old man living here. Anton had sent his own guards to protect the wizard secretly. Moreover, the wizard's room was the most isolated in the entire hotel.
